Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ForgeMCP, operated at forgemcp.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
ForgeMCP provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect AI assistants to engineering software and documentation tools. Features, server availability, and plan limits may change as the platform evolves.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and any second factor secure. You must provide accurate registration information and be authorized to use any third-party engineering accounts you connect.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ForgeMCP to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or exceed your plan's limits by circumventing metering. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans, the 7-day trial, usage metering, and overage rates are described on the pricing page. Pricing figures are subject to confirmation before paid billing is enabled.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on non-Enterprise plans. Enterprise service-level commitments, where offered, are set out in the applicable order form.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the engineering data and content you process through ForgeMCP. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ForgeMCP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Engineering outputs should be reviewed by a qualified engineer before use.
